What you will be doing Under the administrative direction of the Group Product Owner, Product Management for IntrinsiQ Specialty Solutions, manages the development process of new programs to ensure successful execution and transition of new programs into routine company practices. Will provide oversight to our innovation initiatives focused on precision medicine and clinical research. Responsible for the consistent, repeatable, and cost effective management of these programs related to achieving strategic and innovation initiatives and annual plan objectives. Provides direction to the product team and related project managers, and partners with the senior leadership team to support planning and execution of cross-functional projects to deliver expected results to the annual fiscal plan, increased revenue, and targeted operational improvements. Responsible for providing single point of daily, ongoing program accountability, leadership, and progress reporting for strategic initiatives. Direct operational development of new programs by understanding the strategic and tactical drivers as they relate to the overall market, including the competitive landscape. Serve as technical/operational liaison between Customers, Sales, Customer Implementation, Medical Affairs, Business Development, Suppliers and other business functions as needed. Serve as a knowledge resource in the company’s programs, services and customer offerings. Lead projects that interface with customers, suppliers and internal AB stakeholders. Aligns product road map to go to market strategies and plans with appropriate post launch program performance measurement and updates. Generates and analyzes reports to identify customer trends in order to either take advantage of the trend or minimize the impact. Makes recommendations and/or decisions in order to resolve customer issues Responsible for ensuring portfolio of projects is aligned with strategy objectives. Facilitates prioritization to resolve dependencies and resource contention. Develops and maintains an integrated plan for all initiatives. Direct oversight of the product teams accountable for defining, implementing, and maintaining program and project management methodology, standards, templates, and tools. Cultivates and maintains an on-going partnership with senior business owners, maintaining knowledge of business operations, strategies, information requirements, and priorities. Integrates solutions that meet and enable business priorities. Coordinates with Corporate and other functional leaders to understand other initiatives and programs to identify interdependency and alignment, specifically IT, compliance, and marketing. Collaborates with Finance leaders to develop accurate estimates and anticipated financial benefit/investment of programs. Ensures the development of budgets when appropriate, and controls and measurements to monitor progress. Interacts with business leaders and outside consulting firms in order to enhance, create and offer new, value-added solutions. Reinforces standard operating procedures across the teams, promoting efficiency in general practices and processes. Performs related duties as assigned. What your background should look like BS/BA in Management or related field; MA/MS in a nursing, pharmacy, or other biological or mathematical science preferred; at least 8+ years in product management of electronic medical record or clinical decision support solution(s); normally requires a minimum of 8+ years’ of applied experience in strategy development, transformation planning and execution experience to support large scale major enterprise transformation projects such as business process and/or organization transformation and/or large scale systems implementations. A proven track record of creating and/or expanding best practices in product management, business programs, processes, and systems. Self-motivated, detail oriented, and team player Strong presentation and communication skill Demonstrated professional and effective interpersonal skills Experience in healthcare information, administration or business preferred Strong computer skills in order to operate with company systems and programs; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Aurora Thorough knowledge of healthcare provider and/or pharmaceutical solution sales programs a plus Excellent consultative skills and ability to effectively facilitate groups to consensus; ability to create trust and confidence quickly Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly-complex environment. Outstanding ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; ability to communicate with customers, associates and management; solid teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated confidence and ability to hold-the-line and raise questions as the champion of the future state vision.
