The Analyst Development Program (ADP) within GRM Product Economics is seeking a project management director to join the ADP management team. The ADP is responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing, and placing diverse, high-performing analytical talent into business functions across the Liberty Mutual enterprise. We are looking for experienced people-and-project managers who are passionate about developing analytical talent. In this new role, you will play a key role in driving the execution of complex strategic projects with a goal of continuing to evolve the program to meet our customers’ needs. This is also an opportunity to lead a global team of analysts within the ADP. You will report to the Director of the ADP and participate as a member of the leadership team. Responsibilities: Own and drive the end-to-end execution of complex strategic/transformational initiatives within the ADP, to continue to evolve the program to meet the needs of our customers Lead a team of analysts to support ongoing growth of program, with a focus on recruiting, developing, and placing high performing analytical talent Identify and build relationships with new stakeholders across business functions, aligned with program goals and business need Incorporate new aspects of the program into sustainable, efficient processes Partner with the Director of the ADP to build and execute on program strategy Promote collaboration and build consensus within the ADP leadership team and with key stakeholders Excellent communication and consensus building skills Strong understanding of the ADP value chain preferred People management experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to innovate and make integrated business decisions Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across organizational lines Expert-level ability in managing all aspects of the project management life cycle for multiple projects at one time to include those complex in nature. Project management certification strongly preferred. Solid ability to select, develop and engage employees. Strong ability to exercise influence and build consensus; communication skills; promote collaboration, teamwork and change initiatives; and to build value for customers through a service orientation, innovation, and continuous improvement. Displays strong business acumen and integrated thinking. Advanced business operations knowledge to include understanding the function’s value chain and market conditions strongly preferred. Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to include project management work and prior experience working in an effective leadership and/or management capacity. 18
