Join us and start doing your life’s best work.(sm) The Director – VA CCN Solution Execution guides strategic initiatives with a broad business approach to deliver innovative solutions in support of the VA CCN contract needs. This role translates customer and business requirements and works across the different operational areas along with IT to transform them into creative solutions to deliver positive business outcomes. They will act as a VA CCN thought leader, is considered a contract SME and collaborates with key business stakeholders, IT, and leadership for required and proposed work in order to effectively and efficiently apply the VA CCN contract requirements and process improvements. They will also participate in the modification and proposal process. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Work cross functionally to establish and apply business requirements and creative solutions for Customer/Contract initiatives (initiatives can be driven from: modifications, change control, and IRAAD, CAPA, etc.) Present high-level requirements and overviews for the application of these solutions with cross functional partners to program and executive leadership Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives; may include cross-functional collaboration to achieve intended solution execution Proactively identify, document and track project issues/risks and anticipate customer needs; present alternative solutions to alleviate, resolve or meet those needs Coordinate and facilitate go/no-go decision meetings Along with the Project Manager, bring the solutions to a done state, ensuring all requirements have been met and testing is complete You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or 4+ years of applicable military experience will be considered 5+ years in business analysis and translating business requirements into solutions 3+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including IT partners, to develop and implement complex contract modification solutions needed to meet all client needs and contractual requirements 2+ years of leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing innovative solutions Experience with Agile Scrum VA CCN or Federal contracting experience Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $113,500 to $218,100.
