Job Description : Retail Leadership ExperienceExecutive Leadership Solutions is currently seeking a District Manager to lead 6 convenience stores in central OH. The company, in business for 70+ years, owns and operates stores throughout the Midwest.The District Manager has financial and operational leadership responsibility for their stores and works to support the company goals by focusing on personal accountability, customer service, and work efficiency.Requirements of the District Manager, Convenience Stores: · Significant experience in Convenience Store Leadership(multi-unit preferred), General Manager or Store Manager in a Travel Plaza· Successful candidates will be a high energy leaders, Hands-on, with a proven ability to recruit and develop high performance teams.· Good communication skills (verbal and written)· Strong PC skills· Ability to interact, COLLABORATE, with management and staff at all levels· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college preferred· Experience in a PDI environment and food service considered a major plus.· CURRENT RESIDENT OF CENTRAL OHIO, OR CONNECTION TO AREABenefits of the District Manager, Convenience Stores: Competitive Salary, Bonus, CarComplete Benefits PackageResponsibilities of the District Manager, Convenience Stores: · Analyzing financial statements, merchandise reports, and other PDI reports for discrepancies,· Make recommendations on ways to maximize profit, corrects problem areas while controlling expenses.· Introduce and implement merchandising programs while maintaining awareness of competitive pricing.· Actively promote good in-store merchandising, appearance, cleanliness, & sanitation standards.· Monitor and report vendor problems, such as out-of-stock items, and follow-up to ensure improvements are made.· Establishing revenue and expense objectives, implementation of marketing programs, and evaluation and growth of direct reports.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
