Our team takes pride in being a professional store for sexual health wellness that provides our clientele with a comfortable informative space to explore the world of sexual health!Overview: As a District Manager of local Badd Kitty Stores in the Charleston market, you will drive sales and selling with a focus on superb customer service! You will direct all activities related to selling & service, merchandising, advertising & outside promotions, store maintenance, expense management, loss prevention and sales support functions; as well as assisting the Upper Management in the company-wide execution of these activities and goals. You will be responsible for the training, coaching and the development of your sales associates. Your real estate knowledge will be used to find new storefront location to continue to broaden our company! We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in growing with a brand that anticipates another 20 stores in the next 5 years. If you are willing to relocate to the Charleston area and can oversee multiple units within a 200 mile radius, this may be the job for you. Assistance with moving expenses will be provided.
