||The Retail Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects and can work in a wide variety of projects to support retail operations. Although specific tasks will depend on the needs of the corporate leadership, they will generally be responsible for the creation, organization, execution, and completion of specific projects. This includes managing relevant employees, setting deadlines, communicating with company executives and clients about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary, to meet new requirements.Anticipated Start Date of Role: April 1st 2022Essential Duties and Responsibilities: May be asked to visit accounts and clients to maintain good relationships.Supports retail activities to include client presentations, grand opening events, new account openings and upgrades, and new company acquisition activities.May be required to coordinate/execute/support retail installations, merchandising, and promotional activities in a professional and timely manner in new and existing accounts.May be required to conduct retail location inspections and inventory audits to ensure company standards are met.May be required to reviews retail financial reports daily and weekly to ensure client satisfaction, data integrity, targeted spoilage rates, accuracy of retail sales collections and control of labor costs. Ensures quality, cleanliness, merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, customer service, company policies, and programs are maintained in all retail operation locations.Maintains retail operating systems in accordance with company retail program standards. Utilizes reports to determine proper replenishment, merchandising, and inventory level in established retail locations.Collaborates with branch/division Retail Team Managers to ensure all company retail standards and guidelines are adhered to. Attends regular staff meeting to keep informed and updated about current developments related to the company.Able to perform all job duties assigned to merchandise specialists and warehouse personnel in support of retail operations.Accountable for notifying a member of Senior Management of any information that would be beneficial in account retention or any actions that may jeopardize the business.Management/Supervisory: Ability to multi-task in an environment with frequent interruptions.Must be able to make business decisions based on sound operational and financial standards.Excellent communication, analytical and management skills are requiredMust be able to travel 90% of their time.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; and two year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience are required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftMonday to FridayOn callSupplemental Pay:Bonus payApplication Question(s):What is a good email address for us to contact you at?Work Location: Multiple Locations
