Job Description : | Job Description: The ERFT Testing Lead is responsible for standardizing the engagement over Data Management & Governance activities across the ERFT data domains portfolio, for the Testing program. Provide assurance that the engagement with the FLU/CF, Application Manager and Tech teams and our business partners (EDMO & EDMG) is effective, designed, executed, and documented accordingly to comply with EDMG Data Standards. Support the EDM Policy and Standards that provide the framework and minimum requirements to ensure appropriate oversight and data quality. To promote ERFT Data Governance at an executive and senior management level. The ERFT Testing Coordinator is responsible for attending all EDMO testing meeting when possible. Help identify Application Information- Primary Point of Contact (POC). Provide support for the ERFT Domains to establishes / maintain and develop processes and controls to support Policy accountability and responsibility for adhering to the Data Governance Standards and Policies surrounding the EDMO Data Quality Testing (Resiliency, Controls & Data). The ERFT Testing Lead is responsible for engaging in activities to contribute engagement over Data Management & Governance activities across the ERFT data domains portfolio to the independent risk oversight of Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology (ERFT) in alignment with the Data Governance Testing Program. As a member of a (ERFT) Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology team, the Testing Lead demonstrates and applies technology expertise in conjunction with risk acumen to promote a culture of identification, escalation and timely mitigation of compliance and operational risks. This role exercises judgment and influence and may constructively challenge leaders to support the Data Management & Governance Testing program objectives, balancing business strategy with appropriate controls. Assist the Compliance of the Data Standards and Operational Risk in maintaining and communicating regulatory/enterprise changes, advising and directing business leaders to ensure that Data Standards requirements are addressed in their respective process and controls so that their day to day activities operate in a compliant manner. Required Skills: Minimum Years of Business & Functional Experience: 7 Years Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent Desired Skills: Utilizing Tools such as RDR, AppHQ, btConverge, eDIM, eIMS, SharePoint Help identify Application Information- Primary Point of Contact (POC). Provide weekly updates in the weekly Combined DSE and DQCE – DQT Forum meeting Communicate to the appropriate asset owners (ADS Manager; App Manager; Report Owners; Other Data Asset Owner (ODA); DSE) Track email communication between Testing Team and Asset Owner/Support Teams. Monitor deliverables as requested / needed. Track milestones; meetings; deliverables as appropriates to maintain an accurate log of where testing is to accurately portray status as they move along the life cycle of the testing process. Engaging in activities to provide independent support to ensure the Data Standards for compliance and operational risk oversight of Front-Line Unit or Control Function (“FLU/CF”) Data Governance and Information Management competencies across the organization Responsibilities in implementing and managing Data Governance across the ERFT Data portfolio Maintain understanding of the EDMG Data Standards that provides the framework and minimum requirements to ensure appropriate oversight and data quality Exercises judgment and influence and may constructively challenge FLU and CF leaders to support core Data Standards objectives, balancing business strategy with appropriate controls. Provide access to comprehensive resources that relate to Data Testing and its primary functions Records Management: identification, classification, maintenance, protection, and disposition of records through the normal course of business in a compliant and cost-effective manner Provides subject matter expertise to assist the FLU/CF in establishing an annual learning plan, may be accountable for developing and delivering training content Monitors the Data Standards environment to identify changes applicable to area(s) of coverage, advises business leaders on those changes, directs the appropriate areas to implement or amend policies, standards, procedures and/or processes to address change requirements, and challenges the implementation plan as needed Identifies, aggregates, reports, escalates, inspects, and challenges remediation plans, and performs thematic analysis on FLU/CF-owned issues and control enhancements Ensures EFRT “owned” issues and control enhancements are identified and addressed appropriately and timely Ensures metrics are designed to measure key performance indicator(s) (KPI) Enterprise Role Summary: Job Band: H5 Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Weekly Schedule: Referral Bonus Amount: 0 |
