We are looking for a passionate teammate to join us in our dedication to continue championing an ethical culture within the organization. The ideal candidate will be involved in supporting Nike’s Ethics and Compliance program at Nike’s World Headquarters (WHQ) in Beaverton, Oregon. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid of ambiguity. You will provide comprehensive support for corporate policy governance within the Ethics and Compliance organization. You will be responsible for implementing flawless and efficient processes, owning and driving key initiatives and developing critical documentation and communications to support ongoing strategic goals. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? If this is you, you will work closely with Ethics and Compliance teammates in WHQ and in Geographies worldwide to support day-to-day policy governance operations for the Ethics and Compliance program, and perform other tactical tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Ethics & Compliance Director – Corporate Policy Governance. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Improve user experience with corporate policies by helping ensure policies are accessible, clear, relevant, authorized, and up to date Provide guidance and advice to the business and policy owners on the policy drafting, review, approval, and publication process. Support the roll out and implementation of tools, processes, and other technologies to optimize global policy governance initiatives Support operational elements specific to Ethics & Compliance policy governance including, but not limited to, cross-functional working team collaboration, execution, and follow-up; new and updated policy translation and publication coordination; reporting progress to key leaders and partners; influencing and championing adherence to a “policy of policies” framework; and providing consultative advice on how to accurately follow the company’s governance framework Provide project and program coordination as needed for corporate policy governance initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships and credibility across the global Ethics & Compliance organization and with cross-functional partners, encouraging robust engagement and operational consistency Provide comprehensive operations support to the Ethics & Compliance Director – Corporate Policy Governance WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
