The Operations team at BiOptimizers is the department that ensures the business runs in the most efficient way possible. You will support the Chief Operating Officer by handling the logistical and administrative details of his day-to-day. The Details Compensation: $2,200-$2,600 per month (depending on experience). Job Type: Part Time (15-20 hours per week to start with full time in the future). Remote: 100% work from home. You will be required to keep US based timezones (Eastern or Central time zones are ideal.) Be capturing and documenting all key COO/personal systems and processes and make sure they are consistently followed. Be fully handling the COO’s calendar events and meeting scheduling. Be handling all flight and accommodation arrangements for the COO’s travel and improve on the process. Be attending meetings the COO is involved in, attentively listening, and capturing in-meeting actions points to deploy (either during or immediately after the meeting). Ensure cards/gifts are sent to all key people (professional and personal) In your first 12 months, you will… Be able to identify repetitive events and situations in the COO’s day to day, capture the key steps involved, and convert them into written, linear, step-by-step procedures. Follow established processes to ensure efficiency, high quality and consistency. Always be on the look-out to automate, eliminate and improve steps, to make these processes even better. Be delegating action items to team members and be actively following up. As a collaborative and small team, we are looking for someone who is great at being resourceful and organized. You will have mastered the art of following up and have a strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Calendar, and Zoom. The ideal candidate will have a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute, have at least 1 year working in a virtual environment, and enjoy creating and following processes.
