Job Description :
Farmers Insurance Group is looking for an executive sales manager to join one of top ranked insurance businesses in Oklahoma City. Insurance experience is not required but a background in business development or B2B sales is preferred.
This position provides up to a $15,000 bonus, a 60% annual bonus and an enhanced pay structure for the first 3 years.
Salary Range: $170000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources..
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Requirements
College degree preferred, but not required.
Sales & customer service & management experience
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Desire to be active in community and really help people navigate insurance needs
Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day to day operations
No bankruptcies within the last 5 years
Favorable criminal record with no felonies
