| Job Description : | Job SummaryThe Field Service Project Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of Field Service Technicians. The supervisor will report directly to the Project Manager/Operations Manager. The Supervisor will ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are strictly followed on each job.General AccountabilitiesEnsures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.Maintains up-to-date confined space supervisor and emergency response supervisor certifications.Develops work plans with the Project Manager and/or Operations Manager in the allocation of manpower, equipment and other resources needed for the next day.Communicates with the Project Manager during the project if any changes are needed.to ensure contractual obligations are met to complete requested services, project.Provides direct oversight of drivers, technicians, and other supporting personnel to complete the project objectives.Ensures the project work area is left in a clean and compliant condition.Ensures waste is properly characterized and scheduled for timely disposal. All paperwork is properly completed and submitted with invoice as required by customer.Be available for 24-hour emergency response calls when on-call.Able to travel overnight as needed, up t 30% travel time possible.Job QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required.3+ years of work proficiency in the hazardous waste industry.Must have a competent understanding of industry equipment and their specific project uses (Roll-Off, Vactor, Jetter Vacuum Tankers, etc.)SkillsExcellent written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks.Drug free workplace.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOn callOvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location |
