You will oversee a team of at least 7 employees, set strategies for improvement and provide excellent customer service. You will report to our CEO and will work together to set the strategic direction of the business unit & analyze performance.About Our CompanyQX Logistix specializes in warehousing, ecommerce fulfillment, pool distribution, consolidation, deconsolidation, store and at home deliveries and port drayage. We support many of the largest retail, manufacturers, and ecommerce businesses in the country. We are strongly committed to providing the best in customer service and run our business with an entrepreneurial and collaborative style.Responsibilities**· Manager the Business Unit while providing excellent customer service· Recruit, hire and manage staff· Work with different departments and build client profitability models for each significant customer. Review regularly and set strategies for improvement.· Train and coach staff to understand the client models on how the unit generates net contribution.
