Role Overview: Cross Border Solutions, a pre-IPO SaaS Technology Platform, is looking for an FP&A Manager to own all aspects of financial planning, operations and strategic projects. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for a role to make substantial impact quickly, straddle finance, strategy and operations, and build significant interaction with leadership across key functional areas. As part of the Finance team, you will touch every department in the company, and assist all parts of the organization in their growth. As a Manager, you’ll be responsible building and refining the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to capture the growing complexity of the business. You will act as a thought partner to management teams to drive the analysis of high impact projects supporting product and geographic expansion. The ideal candidate for this role has demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at an established company and can bring that expertise to CrossBorder Solutions. You will report to the Vice President, Accounting & Finance. Responsibilities: Provide data-driven guidance to leaders on company’s financial performance, major investments and new growth opportunities Be an integral part of the annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, strategic planning, and variance analysis processes Provide support for strategic decisions, resource allocation, and capital planning Manage the company’s financial model and annual budget with functional leaders Create and run standardized financial, business metrics, and ROI reporting Continuously seek improvements to support CrossBorder Solutions as the size and complexity of our business grows Collaborate with key partners to identify opportunities and improve business results by developing financial models for a range of potential strategic and operational cases Partner closely with functional leads and the HR team to support headcount planning, forecasting, and organizational design by ensuring we have the right resources globally to support our rapidly growing business Partner with Accounting and functional leads to manage and execute standardized reporting and support continuous enhancement of the monthly reporting processes Lead and support the exploration and integration of new planning tools Support the Executive team in the production of quarterly and ad hoc presentations for internal and external stakeholders including potential due diligence What You Will Need to Succeed: 5+ years of finance and operations experience preferably at a high-growth technology company with investment banking experience Preferred 3+ years of investment banking experience Self-motivated, organized and accountable, with ability to balance time and see projects through to completion Resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations Savvy/analytical mind with ability to decipher data quickly, categorize and build databases for multiple views of existing data Ability to synthesis information quickly, distill important takeaways and tell a compelling story Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, a variety of databases, and BI tools #LI-LS1 What We Offer: Great team culture, career development, great compensation package and benefits, and an unparalleled experience as part of one of the most advanced teams in the world.
