Position OverviewAs Manager of FP&A at OminiVision, you will be responsible for our financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, and data analyses. You will also provide periodic reports to management and other stakeholders to help with business decisions. Other expectations include the ability to provide clear and concise business information, identify issues, and make recommendations for process improvements.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyse financial information to produce business forecasts, including revenues, cost of sales, and expensesAssist in developing and maintaining the corporate budgeting process, implementing new systems and analytical toolsGenerate management reports, including monthly actuals and rolling forecast updatesProvide flux analyses on a timely manner, highlighting issues and analysing causes of unexpected variancesMaintain various databases to facilitate analysis and management reportingAd hoc reporting and analysisRequirementsAt least 8 years of public or private financial modelling/planning/analysis experience. Knowledgeable about accounting will be a big plusDetail-oriented and self-motivated; possesses excellent quantitative skills, problem solving skills and analytical ability.Strong written and verbal communication skillsBA/BS degree in finance or a related fieldBilingual – English and Mandarin preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProgramming language skills (such as SQL, Python) preferredOracle or other ERP, reporting system or database experience a plusEOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/DisabilityJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per yearPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Santa Clara, CA 95054: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Financial planning: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
