| Job Description : | Growing Food/Medical Distributor is seeking a Freezer Manager who will be responsible for the freezer and refrigerator staff of 5+ to ensure orders are picked, product is received and stocked, and areas are clean.
Monitoring performance/discipline, developing/implementing new strategies, cycle counts/inventory management and leading by example are important. Learning how our internal system works and handling paperwork will also be part of the job so attention to detail is important. Previous freezer experience, rock-solid attendance and the ability to lift 80+ pounds is imperative, and employees must show excellent leadership skills and the ability to multitask. Four year degree is not necessary. Pay is commensurate with experience (should start at $20/hr) but the right fit will grow with the position and a possible salary of $60,000+ annually. |
