The Front Services Assistant Manager is responsible to monitor operation of the lobby continually to ensure a smooth flow of guests and maintain a high standard throughout the staff based on the Rosen Standards.
Minimum Requirements
The minimum requirements for this position include, but are not limited to standing, walking, and lifting for long periods of time. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer /guest service experience. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public. Proficiency in computer skills and technology preferred. |
