Job Description : Responsible for managing and improving the Warehouse Associate teams as well as collaborating with multiple Customer Operations, Pharmacy, and Inventory and Procurement to promote and maintain smooth Warehouse Operations.*MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position):**Oversee warehouse operations and sustainabilityMaintain accurate inventory and prepare monthly inventory reportsMaintain and administer warehouse policies and proceduresHire and develop an effective staff that will perform at high efficiencySupervise hazardous waste activitiesEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelinesEnsure that warehouse is clean, orderly, and in good repairManage infrastructure and critical support systemsEnsure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveriesPrepare monthly budgets and hiring plansReport out to executive team membersOwn root cause analysis and process improvementOwn and monitor program and project management for your areas of responsibilityChampion operations of ecommerce, pack out programs, and new ventures**QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES (Experience/Training/Education/Certification):**Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar disciplinesAt least 6+ years of leadership experience in warehouse management**EXPECTED COMPETENCY**Experience in Ecommerce and pick-and-packExperience in supply chain management, logistics, and carrier managementAbility to create and own bill of materials and bill of packingExcellent supervisory, communication, and organizational skillsWillingness to work on nights, weekends, or holidays to manage preventative and corrective maintenance**WORK ENVIRONMENT/DEMANDS OF THE POSITION**All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with a disability.Travel: Position may require travel.Physical Demand: Light physical effort.
