They are responsible for the day-to-day management of operations, customer service and sales at our Mountain Home location.Fitness experience is a plus but we are looking for somebody who is committed to the community while giving excellent customer service. Creating a culture at the club that changes the lives of our members and challenges them to be their best is important. Bringing out the best in your trainers is a priority.Understanding that Anytime Fitness provides a unique fitness experience and truly believing that it is superior is non-negotiable. Our H2is are more than an employee punching a clock and following a system. They are part of our family. We work Monday through Thursday 10-7 and Fridays 10-5 with an hour workout and an hour lunch.Subsidized health benefits are provided along with vacation.
