WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As a Global S&IP Operations Lead, you will have an opportunity to use your analytical approach, critical thinking, and effective communication skills to improve efficiency of existing processes in Supply and Inventory Planning (S&IP), as well as build the future in partnership with our Global, Geo, and cross-functional partners. You will: Lead process development, integration, adoption and documentation for several critical initiatives such us Multi Node Inventory Planning, E2E Inventory Forecasting, etc Manage initiative portfolios and drive organization alignment in connection with capability development and execution Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to communicate strategic plans, roadmaps and initiative status updates to the broader organization Facilitate workshops focusing on strategic visioning, problem definition, current and future state process mapping, etc Perform essential functions for integrating end-to-end process, data, and analytics capabilities across the enterprise Oversee design and development of new business performance frameworks, insights platforms, scorecards, dashboards and related tools Conduct high quality analysis, pull your own data from large databases, calculate relevant metrics, respond to data requests and troubleshoot opportunities with existing tools WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Bridge the gap between strategy and execution of key critical initiatives across Supply & Inventory Planning. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure future process, capability, and data needs are aligned and prioritized across Business, Commercial Analytics and Product Management roadmaps. Ensure solutions are in service of our strategic priorities and key capabilities in development. Seek to evolve our success metrics in line with Nike’s strategic priorities. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will be a critical member of the Global S&IP Operations team. You will work closely with many cross-functional partners, including Supply & Inventory Planning teams, Global Operations and Logistics, Product Management, Technology, and Commercial Analytics.
