ELLKAY is proud to maintain a high-quality, innovative, and diverse workforce.Job Description: ELLKAY, a leader in healthcare connectivity solutions, is seeking an experienced Healthcare focused Product Manager with clinical and/or healthcare informatics background to identify and define product enhancements, lead product innovation, meet customer needs and own the lifecycle of a mainstream product line.Leveraging their healthcare expertise, the Healthcare Product Manager will collaborate with clients, various internal stakeholders including product, technology, marketing and sales to enhance current product line and develop innovative new solutions for the market to ensure the solution meets business needs and drives revenue.Growth focused opportunity, will work directly with leadership and collaborative team members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and execute product roadmap. Partner with internal and external stakeholders, product and technology leaders to translate market requirements into product roadmap and development plans.Identify market demand, new features and functions based on analysis of market conditions, client requests, and competitive analysis. Turn findings into actionable plans.Facilitate the design and development of new product concepts and prototypes.Collaborate with Engineers, Design, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure the application meets business needs and drives revenueDevelop detailed product requirements documentation and lead the development timeline, release process, internal and external communication.
