| Job Description : | Savantage Solutions is seeking a Help Desk/Training Manager to join our professional services team. provide help desk support to augment the system Subject Matter Experts (SME) during testing and operations of a government financial system. This support includes issue identification, troubleshooting, event escalation, and closure of the problem resolution process. Duties and Responsibilities: Creating / maintaining help desk operational manual Document issues received via phone, email,and in-person in a ticket tracking system Analyze and resolve the issue Transfer the issue to the IT help desk as needed Assist with report metrics and recommend focus areas for training Assist with user account management,including CUECs and audit related request Participate in testing events and implementation of new capabilities Assist with workload management and ensureproper personnel coverage during core help desk hours Oversee and train the system users to ensure that they are fully capable of independently accessing and operating system for their job functions. Creating / maintaining training operational manual Conduct instructor-led training Create computer-based training Assist with user account and responsibility management Train help-desk personnel Support updates to the financial system intranetsite Attend or teleconference meetings as requested by the customer Conduct brown bags and other sessions to supplement training, communicate reminders, and announce changes in the system processes. Report metrics on training such course and information on number of students Provide system reporting support Support accounting reconciliation and audit response, remediation, and sustainment efforts Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: The candidate must have: Minimum knowledge of one or more Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Oracle modules Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business, Accounting preferred. Additional years of relevant system experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
