Job Description : Roots Management Group operates manufactured home communities throughout the country. Currently we are seeking a Project Manager based out of the Gilbert, AZ.We offer a rewarding and challenging experience with opportunities for career advancement within an environment that supports your professional development and recognizes your achievements.RESPONSIBILITES: Planning and execution of deliveries and new home sets projects in manufactured home communities across the U.S.Works directly with the Regional Vice President(s) (“RVP”) to develop a scope of work for new home sets and used home rehabilitation projects in all assigned communities. Maintains project tracking and budgets as reported by RVPs and Community ManagersResponsible for organizing and submitting contract requests and invoices.Solicits and assists in selecting contractors and vendors to execute approved work in accordance with new and used home scope of work. Arranges for contracts and payment schedules. Inspects and approves the work or delivered supplies/equipment for payment, if applicable.Monitors project budgets and schedules and notify the appropriate department when problems are foreseen.Provides a regular project status report of work being performed with management.Coordinates with other departments within the company such as inventory, legal, accounting, due diligence, and acquisitions to obtain assistance or resolve problems.Visit all assigned communities on occasion to keep open communication with Community Managers, RVPs, and vendors. Inspect new homes and communities, particularly upon delivery of new homes, to ensure smooth setting progression.SKILLS: Should have a strong construction background, multi-unit property management experience is a plus. Will manage simultaneous projects throughout the US, from start to end, at any given time. Primary responsibilities would include homes management, budget oversight, and contact procurement.Should be proficient in Microsoft Office products, NetSuite experience is a plus.REQUIREMENTS: Experience working with contractors and field personnel is preferredLarge asset management is preferredSelf-starterAbility to review and understand project scopes of work for all aspects of home setting and rehabilitationHealth and dental insurance are offered to eligible full-time employees.To be considered for employment you must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment background check/drug test.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Project management: 1 year (Preferred)Construction: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
