Job Summary: This director level position manages the day-to-day operations ofthe Hope Center, handles all fundraising programs and develops current and futurerelationships with our partner organizations. Manages communication with HopeCenter Board and NPHX Executive leadership. This position will lead and managethe volunteer group needing high leadership acumen. Will assist the spiritual andphysical needs of all our Hope Center guests.Work Performed:Planning, organizing, and directing of the Hope Center’s operations andprogramsDevelop and maintain service and ministry partner relationshipsDevelop funding plans and execute fundraising effortsWorks with the Executive Pastor of Finance and Administration todevelop and manage annual budgetDevelop and implement consistent operational reporting and metricsOversee and report on the organization’s activities and resultsPrepare accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicatefundraising results, variances, and performance trendsApprove of major system implementations related to cost and inventorycontrolRecruits and retains a diverse, highly qualified staff and volunteers byproviding training and personal development for workersEnsure that services and funding relationships are robust enough to meetor exceed strategic goals and objectives.Oversee requests for benevolence requests and submit them for approvalDevelop and oversee needs assessment process for Hope Center guests.Develops and implements standard operating proceduresCollaborate with ministry staff and ministry partners to meet spiritualneeds of Hope Center guestsWorks with Finance Department meet all financial requirementsQualifications:Ability to build and lead staff and volunteer teamsDemonstrates high level leadership and management skillsCapable delegatorAbility to multi-taskTake initiativeWork independentlyCreative problem-solving skillsEnthusiastic and dynamicFlexibleOrganizedCollaborativeEducational and Personal Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Profit Management, Public Health, BusinessManagement or Finance3 or more years of non-profit management experience in an operationalenvironment5 or more years of management or supervisory experienceMember of North Phoenix Baptist ChurchJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Nonprofit management: 3 years (Preferred)Management: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
