We are hiring a new colleague to join our Flavors & Extracts HR team that will be a business partner to our BioNutrients Business Unit and Group Function. In this role you will coach, consult and facilitate with business leaders on successful human capital strategies, provide business insights through organization and talent analytics and drive proactive organizational development and change initiatives. Based in Hoffman Estates, this role supports the BioNutrients leadership and technical teams in Hoffman as well as the Unionized plant in Juneau Wisconsin. In addition, this role also supports group functions for the Flavors & Extracts Group to include finance, regulatory, procurement and HR. Ideally an education at BA/BSc level At least 5 years of HR and business partner experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong coaching and leadership development skills Enjoy multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced, deadline, and data-driven environment Ability to communicate with many levels of the organization – from front-line employees to leadership Demonstrated ability to develop HR solutions suitable to the organization
