| Job Description : | Job Title: HSE/Quality SupervisorDepartment: HSE/QualityLocation: CTM PuebloReporting to: Group Safety Manager with an operational reporting line to the Operations ManagerJob Description Overall Goal Assist in business pertaining to Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality are controlled effectively. Promote understanding ofEnvironment, Health and safety.General Responsibilities & Brief Create and implement quality procedures for all operations of Cooper & Turner US Inc.Accurately maintain all quality related records (inspect reports/test certified/ material reports etc.)Liaise with all customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders on any quality/rejection issuesCreate, carry out, follow up and close out quality audits on all key local (US based) vendors and manage/maintain the external audit scheduleCreate, carry out, follow up and close out internal departmental audits within the C&T US business and manage/maintain the internal audit scheduleImplement, correctly run and operate the C&T test laboratory and inspection equipmentPrepare all information required to report Quality KPI’s to management upon requestDrive prevention action and continuous improvements throughout the US business(es)Ensure necessary preparations are made for all visiting customer audit teamsEnsure the smooth running of the US based quality department and your team membersManage the shared files and controlled documents/work instructions/procedures and policies with the OperationsManager to ensure effectiveness within the business and compliance with the relevant ISO standardsCreate, implement and maintain EHS training, logs and documentsEnforce and support safety importance in all departments (i.e. PPE requirements, MSDS, evacuation routes, applicable certifications, etc.)Establish and maintain incident prevention measures for employees and visitorsCreate, implement and monitor OSHA compliance through risk assessments and other related documentsManage the oil waste storage area and ensure regulatory agency compliance (i.e. labeling, containment, proper disposal, documentation, etc.)Work with initiation, diligence, accuracy, and purpose while using appropriate communication in a professional and timely manner with Cooper & Turner management and team membersProactively drive you and your teams individual professional and personal developmentAny other duties for which you are deemed capable of by senior managementKey Role Objectives To deliver business/functional results, whilst developing and working towards the strategic core competencies and acting in the spirit of the company values ( START: Safety, Team Work, Accountability, Respect and Trust)Key Team Functions Ensure all the business throughout the US Group fully comply to all EHS and Quality policies outlines in the business manualTo keep the business manual including all EHS & Quality policies fully up-to-date and in line with the global business requirementsAchieve and maintain 0 accidents and reduce incidents and near misses within the businessRespond to all customer quality complaints within 24 hours of receipt and nay non-conformance reports closed out within 1 weekEnsure all quality defects are controlled at under 100 ppmAchieve and maintain ISO9001 certification throughout the US GroupAny quarantined items are to be acted on within 24hrs and have a formal disposition within 1 weekJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Pueblo, CO 81006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:ISO 9001: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
