Job Description : | The Human Resources manager for this plant is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, health, safety, and environment, training and development, recruitment, benefits and payroll.Human Resources Manager Responsibilities :Manages employee relations through high visibility, accessibility and effective communications.Follows up with management to ensure all Annual Performance Reviews are carried out on a timely basis.Oversees the administration of the local benefit program.Manages the staffing process to achieve recruitment of best-qualified candidates for open positions in a timely and cost effective basis.Carries out periodic wage and benefit surveys to assess our competitiveness within the local environment and make appropriate recommendations.Manages the training and development program to be in full compliance at all times with requirements of TS16949.In cooperation with payroll, oversees and maintain the salary administration program consistent with corporate policy.Maintains updated and accurate organizational charts.Keeps their team informed about all relevant information; he/she is responsible for managing all Human Resources of their team including their professional development and annual performance reviews and participation in recruitment.Implements and maintains an accident prevention program by establishing and working with a joint health and safety committee.Contributes to the development of corporate policies and their implementation at the facility.Human Resources Manager Requirements:.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources..7 years experience as a Human Resource Manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment..Clear working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office) package..Must be a team player with an energetic/dynamic approach to their work.Salary $80,000 – $110,000 a year.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location |
