Brilliant Corners continues to advocate to transform systematic changes for the homeless community.An Exciting Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Human Resources Manager to join our Non-Profit organization in Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA . The Human Resources Manager will leverage hands-on HR experience and strong business acumen to meet the HR needs of our organization. The Human Resources Manager will be a strategic partner to the People Operations while providing leadership to the HR Business Partners and Human Capital support teams. The Human Resources Manager oversees a team of three HR Business Partners and collaborates closely with the other People Operations teams. This position is also responsible for providing hands-on HR support to the management team, as well as lead innovative HR initiatives to serve for 400 + employees throughout 4 states. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop, implement and manage department goals that support the organizational strategic plans.
