We are seeking candidates with prior B2B Inside Sales management experience preferably in a Fintech, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Technology environment.Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities: Develop and motivate an Inside Sales team to consistently deliver on daily metrics, performance, and quota achievement.Oversee outbound quality, production, and hours.Coaching and mentoring staff through call training.Creating and implementing sales plansAbility to exceed sales goals by measuring and managing KPI’sAnalyze sales data and take actionInside Sales Manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.2-3 years experience as a sales manager in an Inside Sales environment.Five years or more of B2B sales experience.Ability to lead by example and showcase selling skills, including closing ability, and strong negotiation skills.Inside Sales Manager Compensation / Benefits / Perks: The inside sales manager is offered a generous Base + Commission Plan along with Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k benefits.
