With 50 clinics and 5 surgery centers, led by 95 providers and more than 1,000 team members system wide, we deliver world class care to patients throughout Florida, the Carolinas and Virginia.JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Revenue Cycle an Insurance A/R Follow Up Manager is responsible for managing a team of staff that focus on follow up and collection activities on all insurance A/R including surgery, clinic, and optical services. Responsibilities also include managing the resolution of clearinghouse insurance payer rejections, responding to payer audit requests, and medical record requests.
