Job Description : Auto req ID: 267594BR Job Description We are seeking an IT Functional Lead for Social Listening and Consumer Engagement Platform. The candidate should have a deep knowledge of the social domain so that they can create a multi-year product vision and a rolling roadmap working with business partners and IT Sector Director. He/she will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and accepting features and working with Product Owners and teams to ensure they are well understood. Accountabilities: Collaborate with stakeholders; research industry trends; and understand changing customer expectations to create the(multi-year) Vision and (rolling-multi-PI) Roadmap Correctly identify and prioritize the needs of internal and external stakeholders based on the company’s strategic themes and customer, consumer, and industry trends Collaborate with Product Owners, IT Platform Managers, System Architects, and Vendor to refine features to ensure they are desirable, viable, and sustainable and have clear, meaningful benefit hypothesis and acceptance criteria Represent business, both internal and external, managing the backlog and making sure that the team understands their needs & preferences Partner with Architects and CTO team to prioritize key technical Enablers Work closely with the IT Lead to stay in line with business goals and ensure the features are properly described and prioritized Support integrated system demos and end user testing activities Translates strategic directions into team goals and priorities Ensure customer focus in all aspects of the product Collaborate with Product Owners and Vendor to decompose Features into Stories Test and accept Features when they are deliveredCOVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law Qualifications/Requirements Requirements: 6+ years’ experience in Social Listening and Social Publishing/Governance Platforms Bachelor’s Degree – BA or BS Experience: Minimum 6 years’ experience in Social Domain Business Area leading the implementation of Social Intelligence Platforms Proven experience in Digital Domain implementing solutions globally Demonstrated knowledge of the change management activities that are required following a release Ability to create and manage a prioritization system Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills along with organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important. Ability to collaborate with people from different regions and backgrounds: Business users from insights, marketing and other commercial functions (L7-LG4), PepsiCo IT teams and External vendors and partners COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
