Learn more about us and our track record on our website: Position Information Job Title: IT Manager Salary: $120,000 annually (DOE) Hours: Monday – Friday 7AM to 4PM (additional hours/days may be required based on needs of the company). (Full Time in office position) Location: Bellevue, WA – This position is fully on-site at our corporate headquarters. Who You Are Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing a complex, dispersed IT infrastructure at a high level. Must be an expert in Windows Server 2016/19, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Remote Desktop Server, Microsoft File Server, thin client environment, AD, cloud storage solutions (Azure, Amazon, etc.) and Microsoft Office products. Must have extensive knowledge and experience with local and wide area networks, routers, managed switches, VPN, and IPSec endpoints. A successful candidate will have experience with Open Enterprise Server (OES), Sage CRE, RealPage, AudoDesk/Revit, Skype for Business Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Be an excellent communicator – both verbally and in written correspondence. Have accountability and take pride and ownership of your work. Be able to read, speak, write and understand English. What You’ll Do Manage and oversee all aspects of American Capital Group and American Property Management’s hardware, network, software, compliance and IT services Create and manage the IT budget and support & software contracts for the company Oversee the IT help desk and day-to-day maintenance of an IT infrastructure of 250 users in 20+ locations Work closely with the company President in planning and deploying IT solutions to meet current and future needs Work with vendors overseeing software agreements and purchases Maintain legal compliance with licenses and data retention Manage and oversee any third-party IT Support contractors Ensure technology is set up correctly and utilized correctly and efficiently. Respond to any technology needs and assess areas of improvement.
