Job Overview and Responsibilities The IT Project Manager is overall and end-to-end accountable for a Digital Technologies projects such as data centers, networks etc., from shaping the approach to get the desired outcomes through agile delivery for global projects of large size and high complexity. The position includes coordinating project resources, driving planning and communication, and reporting to stakeholders. The primary purpose of the role is to lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery within value, scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery and change management. Key Outputs Project approach – Lead the development of the overall approach for the project, its major outcomes over time and the definition of the means to deliver (incrementally) the desired outcomes Project artifacts – Direct the creation and maintenance of the required program documentation and artifacts Budget planning & control – Develop and control the project budget, and manages expenditure within agreed value delivery and spending plans Project governance – Establish and ensure appropriate governance for the project Resource planning – Establish value delivery plan and resourcing for project activities, by reviewing proposals or plans, and arrange for recruitment and assignment of project personnel to various outcomes and value delivery increments Risk management – Conduct risk assessment and mitigation Reporting – Report as per project governance and project framework definition (status, planning, risks, issues, finance…) Education and Experience Bachelor degree required, Master degree preferred in IS or Project Management At least 5 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure and Project management Project Management and Agile trainings and certifications Good knowledge and experience of ITIL practices Skills Experience in IT infrastructure-oriented projects Strong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility Experience in leading and interfacing with infrastructure suppliers/partners Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms Good English communication level.
