We offer a dynamic, high-energy, high-paced, performance-based, team-driven environment, with the support system for success.The Service Delivery Manager oversees several key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to end-users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This position requires you to manage expectations within the business and drive the IT team to achieve those expectations to a high standard.Requirements Roles and Responsibilities*Maintain high performing service support functionsOwner of the Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting, and establishing service improvement activities when requiredMonitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followedSupport projects while developing a strong understanding of projects impacting your service area and ensuring service impact are minimizedAccountable for the quality of service and performance; ensuring future demand from growth, and projects are understood and factored into capacity plans for all associated systemsDrive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute upon agreed strategyQualificationsExperience managing clients in the Cloud Services, Managed Services, Consulting Services space at the enterprise levelCustomer relationship and management skillsStrong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of computer operations and applicationsExperience in direct client managementPreferred QualificationsExperience in cloud technology using platforms or infrastructure-as-a-service softwareEducationBachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering field, or equivalent practical experienceAWS Certified Cloud PractitionerMS Certified Azure FundamentalsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Chicago, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Customer service: 5 years (Required)Client management: 7 years (Required)Consulting Services: 7 years (Required)IaaS: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:Azure Fundamentals (Required)Cloud Practitioner (Required)Work Location: One location
