The function of this role is to effectively and efficiently support the Company’s IT department.PLEASE READ JOB DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY BEFORE APPLYING.Position Description: Job Title: IT Service Management AnalystDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: RemoteJob Description :Hosting Services Americas ITSM Analyst – IT professional providing process leadership and support for ITSM process and reporting. Coordinates weekly divisional CAB meetings for the Hosting Services Division and Data and Integration Services Division. Represents the Hosting Service Division in weekly Enterprise CAB meetings. Develops adhoc and custom ITSM reports in Service Now. Assists in gathering and reporting on ITSM data for various projects / initiatives.Typical Day: Leadership of division CAB meetings, ITSM change coordinator and coach for Hosting Services, ServiceNow reporting creation, assisting on operational data collection for projects.Note: this role is included as part of the Hosting Services Strategic Workforce Plan.Working to accomplish responsibilities above and collaborating with Hosting Services peers to assist with ITSM and reporting questions.Typical work week is 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday with occasional need for overtime.Administer divisional CAB meeting by preparing meeting materials and facilitating discussion within the meeting.Represent the Hosting Services Division in weekly Enterprise CAB meetings.Hosting Services Division America”s region change manager. This includes reviewing change tickets for accurate information, approving based on this information, and seeking follow up on information, as needed.Manage ServiceNow Operational Dashboards (Incident/Problem/Change) for the Hosting Services division including progress to divisional and section goalsRecommend and drive improvements for divisional ITSM processesAct as overall ServiceNow and ITSM resource for the division. This includes fielding questions from other team members, assisting with the use of ServiceNow for various tasks, use of reporting tools in ServiceNow, and fielding general questions on ServiceNow use.Oversee completion of Problem tickets for US based teams. Ensure investigation of active Problem Tickets is occurring within agreed delivery times. Meet with other Problem managers regularly to discuss status.Assist other team members with projects.
