Responsible for denying access to individuals that do not meet the requirements outlined by the client.Assist patients that need assistance getting in and out of their vehicles as well as assist with removal of wheelchairs, walkers, carts and/or personal medical equipment from vehicles.Will also be responsible for assisting individuals with directions or basic facility questions.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to legally work in the United StatesMust have a H.S. Diploma or equivalentMust have at least one year of security or customer service experienceProficient in the English language, both orally and writtenShows mature judgment, reliability, dependability, tactfulness, and self-controlAbility to retain composure and perform under pressure and to know when to call for assistanceAbility to meet and deal effectively with the general publicAbility to give instructions clearly and concisely, firmly but diplomaticallyAbility to construct and write clear, concise, accurate and detailed reportsAbility to see and respond to dangerous situationsAbility to wear and use all protective equipmentMust be able to pass background checkPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Physically able to perform all general patrol duties, functions, and activitiesOccasionally bend/twist at waist/knees/neck to perform various dutiesStanding, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, climb (running when necessary)Ability to work in extreme weather like rain, snow, and extreme heat or coldMust possess good vision, depth perception, distinguish basic colorsAbility to listen and communicate effectively through clear speech and hearingAdhere to client grooming standards including no beards, chin or lip whiskers, sideburns neatly trimmed and not extend below bottom of ear, hair neat and styled/trimmed not to extend beyond top edge of uniform collar or detract from professional image, and makeup/nail polish shall be natural in appearanceNo jewelry worn in such manner as to present a safety hazard to the individual or a distraction of professional appearance.Must be able to pass drug screeningServexo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
