Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
Experience in strategic project planning, business case development, influencing teams, presentations, and financial modeling.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA, Master’s degree in a related field, or Project Management Certification.
Experience in forecasting, data modeling, project management, and data analysis across multiple asynchronous systems.
Experience in data center equipment environments or computer component manufacturing.
Experience in problem solving, third-party lab vendor relationships, user documentation, and user training.
Excellent analytical skills with the aptitude to identify business process gaps, consult with business partners to develop solutions, document a business plan to solve the issue, create financial models for evaluating financial impact, present the findings, influence leadership to take action, and execute the solution.

As a Project Manager on the Global Server Operations Logistics team, you will lead a series of simultaneous projects. You will be the advocate for Global Server Operations Logistics to cross-functional teams exploring and implementing change management to reduce lead time or expense. Projects you could work on include software changes, standard operating procedure development, material handling, testing and integration, escalation management, and business case development.

Responsibilities
Be responsible for process improvement recommendations, change management, standardization of user documentation, creating processes that drive action, and interacting with all partner teams.
Lead major new project initiatives for the Americas server operations logistics.
Create business requirement documents, work with key stakeholders, drive innovation, understand operational impacts, and create presentations/documents for the leadership team.
