Job Description : IMMEDIATE OPENINGSCertified Pool Operator or be able to obtain a license within 6 months of hire.General Experience required in drywall, plumbing and electrical.Functions as the Strategic Leader of the hotel’s Engineering department of 4 hotels in the Sheridan, Wyoming area. The position has overall responsibility for each building’s maintenance and protection, grounds landscaping and maintenance, guest and associate satisfaction, and the financial performance of the department. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures engineering operations meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, and maximizes the financial performance of the department. Ensures long-term asset protection, assist in effectively managing capital expenditures to maximize the return on investment.Responsibilities:Ensure the hotel’s maintenance and upkeep standards meet each Hotel’s , Brand, and Guest standardsProactively follow specific departmental procedures in performing repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work in a safe and neat mannerComply with the latest insurance, local county, state and federal government codes, laws, and requirementsDetermine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, take necessary corrective action, and record same following specific departmental proceduresHave knowledge of property, staff, and services with hours of operationCarry out all reasonable requests by managementInitiate training of new department associates on equipment and the daily functions of the hotelDelegate or coordinate shift staff dutiesResponsible for identifying and scheduling repairing all mechanical failure to include repair of appliances, HVAC, electrical or plumbing;
