Job Description : Job Description Lead the provision of the Iowa Behavioral Health Reporting System (IBHRS) data system. This includes, but not limited to: monitoring compliance with the Vendor contract; responding to all IBHRS-related questions; providing one on one assistance to IBHRS users; assisting Bureau staff with data system needs; create reports with support from other bureau resources; and, coordination of regular question-and-answer sessions, coordinating the close out of the I-SMART data system. Coordinates with treatment experts while serving as the IBHRS go-to system expert. Includes updating the IDPH IBHRS web page. Manage IBHRS contracts and amendments with support of the Bureau Chief/designee. Manage work items, defect resolution, and enhancements, including user acceptance testing and end user training with support from the Bureau data team. Applicant must pass a background check prior to employment. Minimum Qualification Requirements Applicants must meet at least one of the following minimum requirements to qualify for positions in this job classification: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in business or public administration, management information systems, industrial management, or statistics, and experience equal to three years of full-time work in management analysis or project management. Seven years of full-time work experience in management analysis or project management. A combination of a total of seven years of education and full-time experience (as described in number one), where thirty semester hours of accredited college or university course work equals one year of full-time experience. Current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes two years of full-time work as a Management Analyst 2 or two and a half years as a Management Analyst 1.
