| Job Description : | The Management Trainee is responsible for learning how to manage, train and improve business systems at the facility through the philosophy and tools of the continuous improvement program. As this person learns the business system and manufacturing processes, they will be required to learn how to utilize and implement the continuous improvement tools, particularly 5S, Standardized Work, Daily Management System and Problem Solving. This person will be responsible for working with operators, support staff and management to help drive improvement to the process targets and goals, They will also be required to develop and foster good teamwork among their teams. After successful demonstration of these capabilities, this person will be expected to grow into a leadership position at the facility.
