| Job Description : | Credit & Collection Manager Job DescriptionMoyer and Son, a 152 year old Souderton based company that provides outstanding Home Services to customers and a manufacturer of high quality pet and animal feed, is looking for a seasoned professional to lead, develop and administer all credit and collection policies and programs for the Company. The Credit Manager leads a team that varies in size depending on the season. and is responsible for establishing a credit policy for both commercial and residential customers, collecting on past due accounts and establishing payment plans.Job Duties (include but are not limited to): Regular review of various receivable aging reports to identify accounts that require follow up communication.Develop and execute plan for collection calls to commercial and residential customersManage relationship with collection agencies.Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.Collaborate with AR to ensure past due account payments are receivedRequirementsBachelor’s degree in related field or Minimum 5-7 years credit/collection experience .Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Active listening skills.Strong critical thinking skills.Strong attention to detail.Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping practices; internal accounting procedures; filing and maintenance of customer credit files records.Proficient computer skills.
