|Job Description :
The Manager, Enterprise Planning is directly responsible for the overall performance of the Global Services Enterprise Planning team. This individual is responsible for fostering and developing strong working relationships between customers partners and other departments within the Company. They must ensure positive customer relationships and satisfaction in the delivery of services.
What you will be doing
Leads Enterprise Planning Staff in services proposal and strategic consulting activities
Leads services proposal negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process and overcomes objections to capture new business opportunities
Develops, approach and practice to sell solutions to the existing Company’s Software Install base
Enforce discipline of the RFS process and ensure that quotes, estimates and statements of performance which you provide are predicated on information sufficient to support our response, ensuring that assumptions are clearly and completely stated to ensure integrity of our responses
Liaison between Services Managers and delivery team members to act upon opportunities emerging from recent services engagements
Coordinate with Sales on license opportunities derivative from these extended services engagements
Support services and project proposals presented by international sales staff
Support Company partnership relationships as directed, creating and supporting collaboration to develop Company business opportunities
Mentor customer executives/managers on how to organize and resource ECM projects
Identify, hire, mentor, coach and provide professional development for Enterprise Planning staff
Develop and execute a strategy for employing team members to maximum business advantage while meeting P&L guidelines
Utilize internal, Company-designated systems for project updates, deliverables, and reference
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy
What will make you successful
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the field
Advanced enterprise planning and deal-making skills (strategic consulting and needs assessment)
Demonstrated experience in pricing and contract negotiations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced interpersonal and presentation skills
Highly organized and experienced in multi-tasking
Fast learner with an understanding of technology
Ability to work in a team environment and bring about consensus
Ability to provide exceptional follow through and be customer-service driven
Completed all Company’s Software Proficiency training as required
Substantial experience implementing Company Software, inclusive of workflow, WorkView and integration X
Travel expectations of up to 25 percent
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $122,000 – $131,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits.
