Job Description : | MANAGER / SUPERINTENDENTJOB DETAILSPosition: Manager / SuperintendentJob Description: The position manages all our install crews, schedules the jobs, assembles job materials, coordinates with outside electricians & dumpster orders, problem solves issues on our jobs and performs the final quality checks on our spaces. This is an environment that is fast-paced, high pressure, and operates as a close management team. The focus of this job is on crew optimization and controlling material costs while certifying the quality of our crew’s work. The role is responsible for supporting our install crews, troubleshooting problems, reinforcing a great customer experience.Who We’re Looking For: Need someone with a track record of running a tight ship, not above any task, and experienced in maintaining motivated, high performing crews. We want someone who’s obsessive with the details, high quality standards, task-oriented, comfortable using basic technology, clear at communicating and an apostle of an our culture and an obsessive customer experience. Ultimately, the person we’re looking for is systems-oriented, obsessed with organization and wants to grow with the company. Lastly, we want someone who is looking for a large opportunity for themselves in growing in the company as we grow.Required Qualifications:Crawl Space experience highly preferredExperience in coordinating/managing teamsProficient with Google/Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to crawl within a crawl space for several hoursAbility to lift up to 70lbsCompensation: $52-78k salary, based on performance.Expected Hours: 6:30am – 4pm, Monday thru Friday (be prepared to work till job gets done if behind schedule, including Saturday if required)Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance and Paid Time Off (13 days of PTO + 9 Paid Holidays)RESPONSIBILITIESThis position is responsible for can be expected to perform the following:Preparing payroll for crewsComplete Final Walkthroughs and Job Quality Report on every installFluid communication with install crews and customer on job progressFacilitate the interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling of all install crewsFacilitate new installer training with Crew LeadersPerform inventory and manage incoming material ordersMaintain Warehouse, Office and Crew VehiclesForging solutions to spontaneous problems that frequently arise in businessEmbodying and embedding company culture into all levels of the organizationCoordinating vehicles deliveries, inspections, maintenance and fabricate crawlspace doorsHolding mandatory Mondays meeting with Superintendent, COO and also install crewsPerformance management including but not limited to training, coaching, progressive discipline and performance reviews.Schedule Dumpsters and Electricians for jobs as necessaryOrder on site material deliveriesGenerate client reviews and collect final balancesProvide feedback to salesman on Inspection AccuracyAttain/Hold Pesticide Licensure (as applicable)Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $86,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
