Position Summary This role supports the North America Region (US & CA) focusing on the Under Armour in-store experience in our Factory House stores. The Factory House In-store Marketing Lead will create and continuously evolve the customer journey through seasonal product and campaign story telling within the physical retail footprint across our fleet of Factory House Locations. The person will own the customer journey all the way from the leaseline to the cashwrap through the lens of attract, engage and convert. They will play a key role in executing the regional go-to-market strategy focusing on how our brand story telling comes to life in our regional Factory House stores through locally relevant marketing, moments marketing, brand campaigns and product stories through the most premium and strategically crafted in-store marketing. This role will partner daily with a variety of cross functional partners across the region and globe including but not limited to: Channel Marketing, Creative, Operations, Production, VM, Merch & Planning. In addition, this person will also be instrumental in how UA shows up in retail across the region by closely partnering with the Brand House and Wholesale In-store marketing team to ensure our brand shows up consistently across all consumer touchpoints. Lastly, the Lead will play a key role in the NA brand storytelling to ensure that all our retail marketing in-store is developed and created with the focus performer at the core. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Consumer Journey Planning Own and continuously evolve the customer journey through seasonal product and campaign story telling thourghout the full fleet of Factory House DoorsManage the customer journey all the way from the lease line to the cash wrap through the lens of attract, engage and convertManage and build the marketing customer journey to ensure we are speaking to the right message, at the right time, in the right place. Customer Journey map must be provided for each seasonal floorsetResponsible for building tactical briefs for each floorset, product launches and promos. This includes outlining the creative direction and copy for each element with the support of our creative partnersResponsible for managing budget and prioritization of ad hoc projects outside of the outlined budget and seasonal floorset scope and work directly with Sr. Manager & Finance partners for any additional funding requestsResponsible for working with cross functional partners like Channel Strategic Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Merchandising to understand the regional FH strategy and identify any opportunitites to adapt and support.Oversee all aspects of Factory House In-store marketing from ideation through execution in close partnership with creative team and production agency of record. (TAG WORLDWIDE)Must work with teammates to ensure all strategies align with the customer journey and product mapping as aligned in the Go-To-Market Process.Constantly work with special projects lead to identify and brief new concepts and testing Operations Responsibilities: Manage each job and its elements that are briefed into the job management system to ensure that all store communication timelines and needs are being hit in partnership with production, operations and FH communications specialist.Work closely with the marketing project manager, FH marketing comms and TAG production team during the project to meet deliverable dates.Responsible for proofing all marketing assets for spelling, grammar, taglines, color, accuracy, etc in partnership with FH marketing comms.Own the creation of all tactical briefs and distribution list for small scale off-cadence marketing projects in a timely matter to deliver to on time.Responsible for maintaining the In-store budget document for the FH Channel with FH Mktg comms specialist.Support FH Communication specialist with all instore marketing inquires via Store Communication Software (clipboard) with a sense of urgency.Support FH communications specialist to manage and maintain sign kit documents, purge lists and reorder sign to ensure it is up to date and accurate in partnership with TAG. Communications Responsibilities: Support & Direct FH Mtkg Communications specialist to partner closely with Retail Store Comms to build and deliver store marketing communications including but not limited to:Signage/Installation times/datesFloorset directivesUpdates, Checklists and GuidelinesSave/Toss directivesMaintains strong cross functional partnerships to successfully support build out detailed communications around all in-store marketing deliverables, updates and guidelines. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex quantitative data & processes.Ability to be a part of a team, set challenging standards, develop strong partnerships, and lead others to action.Flexibility to shift focus and priorities.Quick Learner Education And / Or Experience Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a corporate retail environment.1-2 years previous leadership experience.Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
