Join our Manager in Training program: we’ll train and mentor you as you begin a career in the rapidly growing field of property management. We have many properties in New Hampshire so there is a good possibility for advancement in our company! No prior experience is required!
The starting pay is $37,00-$38,000. This position will float between Round Rock and our site in Austin on Research Blvd.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Display a “customer comes first” attitude delivering legendary customer service
Happily interact with people
Assess the best rate and unit size for the customer’s needs, and close the deal
Maintain the facility by sweeping, mopping, picking up trash and cleaning units
Sell merchandise and locks
Take responsibility for the financial health and growth of the facility
Control delinquencies with a phone call
Exceed monetary and operational goals
WHAT EXTRA SKILLS WILL YOU LEARN:
Uphold parameters of Binding Contract
Current knowledge of postal mailing standards, labels and forms
Learn the tools and quick references
Proficient in all POS systems: Cash Register, Postal Machine and Credit Card Terminal
Knowledge of the CARS REPOST postal system, uploading funds and data uploads
Knowledge of the Innovations Customer Service Call Center and account information
Maintain stamp inventory and balance on postal systems
Order postal supplies
Maintain communication with host Post Office and Station Manager
Keep a filing system of all postal paperwork. Must be able to provide all information requested by Host Post Office when a quarterly audit occurs
Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. alone, up to 70 lbs. with assistance
Knowledge of proper packing and sorting of mail and packages
