|Job Description :||Impelix is seeking an experienced manager with a passion for leading a Managed Services organization of both Network Operations and Security Operations professionals to take our Managed Services practice to the next level. The candidate should have hands-on experience servicing customers and provide leadership to a growing team.An ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Managed Service operations, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy; and have a proven track record of establishing, growing, and transforming cross-functional lines of managed services into a high operating measurable Managed Service.Responsibilities: Strategic PlanningProvide key leadership in the definition and execution of new advanced service offerings.Ensure that Managed Services is driving high levels of customer satisfaction and value, team member engagement and satisfaction, and profitability and growth.Business DevelopmentParticipate in pre-sales activities, consulting engagements, and client training.Manage customer engagements to establish goals that include revenue, outcomes, and clear contractual terms.Lead and participate in account strategy sessions with potential or existing customers.Technical/Execution/ProductionDevelop processes and procedures to enhance workflow efficiencies and ensure SLA compliance.Ensuring clients’ White Glove experience with Impelix is at the forefront of all decisions and recognize ways to improve that experience.Guide and train team members, including workshops and developing training materialsComplete restoration of service (incident management) within a timely and efficient manner while ensuring consistent communication to executives, internal teams, and external clients.Manage work assignments and workflows to meet company KPIs and monthly analysis of these KPIs.Required Skills/Expertise: Expert written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and sell ideas.Excellent interpersonal skills: demonstrated rapport and credibility internally and externally; people savvy; active listener.Experienced in promoting and selling managed services.Proven experience managing and growing a Managed Services team.Proven experience efficiently streamlining Managed Service operations.Strong customer/client service orientation – demonstrates the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders leading to “trusted advisory” status.Relevant Experience/Education: Team management experience with at least five (5) years in a management position with experience supporting 24X7 critical services.At least ten (10) years of experience in enterprise Managed Services within IT.Commitment to Impelix Team Members: Group Health Plan (Medical, Dental, Vision)Retirement PlanLife Insurance/Short Term DisabilityPaid Time OffAnnual bonus based on company and personal goalsCareer developmentImpelix is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:We do not have an office; all employees work remotely.
