We’re looking for a passionate Professional Services leader to manage our rapidly growing Americas Enterprise Consulting Practice. The role is highly cross-functional, so it’s critical to foster internal and external relationships and to drive influence. You will bring strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills along with a passion for working with customers. As a Manager, Professional Services, you will: Build and coach – attract and retain top talent to generate a high performing team of Engagement Managers that possess strong domain expertise and outstanding customer relationship skills. Deliver value – ensure high quality of delivery engagements with customers. Engage customers – collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop strong customer relationships and accelerate Amplitude adoption in the America Enterprise market. Practice development – Contribute to practice development including methodology improvements, service offering creation, thought leadership and team building. You’ll be a great addition to the team if you have: 7+ years of relevant SaaS work experience in consultative delivery and/or customer-facing roles 3+ years experience managing professional services teams (e.g., consulting, implementation, project managers) Ability to excel in a high-growth company that requires rapid iteration and constant evolution Strong leadership, management, communication (verbal, written, and communication), business development, and interpersonal skills Experience in product analytics, marketing analytics or data platforms a plus Who We Are The Company: Amplitude is filled with humble, life-long learners who are eager to help one another and the company succeed.
