Designs, implements and monitors organizational development programs to ensure appropriate responses to an organization’s changing needs. Job Responsibilities Facilitating the implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities. Managing, designing and implementing policies and procedures related to organizational development. Collaborating with other management to provide strategic support in accomplishing business goals in terms of human capital. Leading internal and external research and analysis to discover changing organizational needs. Job Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment Experience 3 years – Experience in a leadership/management role required 7 years – Learning and organizational development experience, including experience developing and implementing training programs required SkillsCertifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Independent, Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Knowledge of learning needs assessments and analysis, training design, learning strategies and learning management technologies Job Specific Requirements: Additional Information This candidate needs to show ability to develop programming based on data and ROI decisions.
