The Boeing Company is hiring Manufacturing Hiring Managers (Level K) to support the Boeing Hiring for the All Business Unit in Everett, Auburn, and Renton, Washington. Position Responsibilities: Partner with BCA Workforce Development and Global Staffing Recruiters as needed to assist with outreach and recruiting at CTC’s, Skills Centers, Military Events, etc. Partner with Recruiters to improve the job requisition basic qualification and asset questions which will improve the initial recruiter screening/downselect. Be the first management point of contact for candidates improving the candidate experience and company image. Coordinate with Skill Team, Programs, Staffing Focals, Recruiters and Manufacturing Managers to identify needs / issues. Conduct resume reviews and interviews for all Puget Sound IAM skills. This position is a hybrid of onsite locations, various Puget Sound sites and recruiting travel. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years’ experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support. 5+ years’ experience working in a cross functional environment. Must be willing to work overtime as needed. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Excellent communicator. Expert Microsoft Suite of tools. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 1+ years of continuous Improvement experience. 1+ years of experience in One BPS (Boeing Production System). 1+ years of experience in motivating diverse teams. 1+ years of management experience Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
