Troy Industrial Solutions is looking for an experienced motivated professional with proven experience to fill a Marketing and Communications Manager position. This is a new position for Troy and a direct result of our continual growth. The person in this position will have the unique opportunity to develop and implement marking strategy from the ground up while promoting a professional company to our business community. As a member of the Executive Team, you will utilize your extensive education and experience to research and recommend marketing-based solutions while keeping in mind Troy’s 160-year-old history.This opportunity is based out of our Watervliet, NY office, and comes with flexible work hours, hybrid work schedule, benefits eligibility with a minimum of 30 hours per week.ESSENTIAL DUTIESWork with a company excited to introduce this role for the first timeWork with a company that has marketing resources available and allocatedDevelop, produce, and launch first ever semi-annual employee and customer newslettersProvides guidance to outside firm on website development and layoutProvides website content updates to outside firm (white papers, news, etc.)Travel within the NY and New England territory (some overnights) up to 20% of the timeQUALIFICATIONS At least 10 years of Marketing experience requiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
