||The Casino Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of all direct marketing projects, Players Club, promotions and business marketing activities. This position manages the Marketing operation and it’s team members. The Casino Marketing Manager communicates direction that creates the Sky’s The Limit service to all Team Members and guests. The Casino Marketing Manager works closely with the Director of Operations and other key decision makers to meet marketing and guest service objectives as well as provide feedback to Marketing Department on specific issues as they relate to the Players Club and to guests.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overseeing comprehensive marketing programs for the Casino.Promotes the highest degree of guest service to both external and internal guests.Develops marketing programs and campaigns that builds rated customer base, increase response rates resulting in maximized incremental revenue and ROI.Set segmentations and reinvestment standards based on observed performance and budgetary guidelines.Maintains database integrity, including data entry, pulling player data and database reports.Responsible for coordinating direct mail and incentive programs through mail house and data input into player tracking system on a monthly basis based on approved promotional/direct mail calendars.Responsible of marketing postformas following promotional events for tracking and analysis of performance.Coordinate all social media, email blast, phone blast campaigns.Works closely with the Director of Operations and marketing team in the development of monthly promotional calendars and VIP Events.Facilitates timely flow of information throughout the property to guests and employees about upcoming events and promotions.Responsible for all monthly promotional regulatory submissions and marketing proformas through Operational and CTGA channels.Oversee the execution of monthly promotions.Maintain an active presence on the casino floor and during promotions/VIP events to ensure guests are receiving a favorable gaming experience and build player loyalty.Manages the day to day operations of the Players Club to ensure that Marketing Representatives are present and available on the Casino Floor to assist existing Players Club Members, processing New Member Sign Ups and promotional execution. Initiate plans to motivate team members to increase Players Club membership.Act as a liaison and anticipate guest needs and effectively address guest issues when they arise.Must have strong understanding of how to evaluate guest play and ability to make decisions based on play.Acts as Manager on Duty on assigned shift/day.Ability to work flexible schedule including various shifts as needed, holidays, weekends and peak business times.Manages expenses based on budgeted guidelines and business volumes to include payroll and staffing levels.All other duties as assigned.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
